MarketVendorPack provides a browser-based tool for generating operational event documents such as vendor information sheets, directories, check-in sheets, allocations, schedules, signs and checklists.
2. Price and licence
The complete pack currently costs £9.99 as a one-off digital purchase. Payment unlocks the generated pack for the event draft associated with that purchase. There is no recurring subscription.
3. Your information
You are responsible for the accuracy of event and vendor information entered into the builder and for having an appropriate basis to use the personal information you hold about vendors, traders or stallholders.
4. Operational templates, not legal advice
MarketVendorPack does not create contracts, licences, insurance advice, safety certification, tax advice or legal waivers. You must determine the rules, insurance, permits, food-safety requirements and contractual terms appropriate to your event and location.
5. Availability
We aim to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Keep your downloaded PDF and any source vendor list you maintain elsewhere.
6. Digital delivery
Where consumer cancellation rights apply, checkout asks you to request immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledge the effect that immediate supply may have on the statutory cancellation period.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales without limiting mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
